Not long ago, a 21-year-old cook was charged with a Level six felony for possession of marijuana and an A misdemeanor of carrying a handgun without a license. Knowing the man was potentially facing time behind bars for the marijuana, attorney Sean Hessler aggressively negotiated with the prosecutor. Ultimately, he arranged to have the felony drug charge dismissed based on agreeing to serve one year of probation for the handgun.
