Not long ago, a 21-year-old cook was charged with a Level six felony for possession of marijuana and an A misdemeanor of carrying a handgun without a license. Knowing the man was potentially facing time behind bars for the marijuana, criminal attorney Sean Hessler aggressively negotiated with the prosecutor. Ultimately, he arranged to have the felony drug charge dismissed based on agreeing to serve one year of probation for the handgun.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
