Felony Road Rage Charges Result in Probation

Jan 11 2019, by Sean Hessler in Case Results, Traffic Violations

Not long ago, a 30-year-old professor was charged with a Level 5 felony. He allegedly got in a road rage altercation over merging. The police were called, and his case was complicated because he already had several traffic violations on his record. Nonetheless, attorney Sean Hessler fought for his client and after negotiating with the judge, his client’s sentence was lessened to only a year on probation and special driving privileges. Moreover, thanks to attorney Hessler, the professor will be eligible for his full license once all his fines are paid.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
