Indiana Grandmother Sees Driving While Suspended Case DismissedJun 22 2018, by Case Results, Traffic Violations in
Recently, a 56-year-old grandmother was charged with a class A misdemeanor for driving while suspended. With a previous conviction for this offense on her record and the possibility of up to one year in jail, she knew she needed the skilled legal help of an Indianapolis traffic lawyer. After retaining the help of attorney Sean Hessler, who negotiated to have the client’s driving record cleared and license suspended, the case was dismissed.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
