Not long ago, a 34-year-old customer service representative was charged with a Level 6 felony for theft. She allegedly altered a money order that came into work and deposited it into her account. There was sufficient video evidence, and she faced two and a half years in jail. Attorney Hesslerfought for his client, and since she had never been in trouble with the law before, he convinced the judge to lessen her charge to a misdemeanor with one year of probation.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
