A 41-year-old mechanic was recently charged with a Level 6 felony for resisting law enforcement with the use of an automobile and an A misdemeanor for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. This exposed him to serious legal trouble and possible time behind bars. With attorney Sean Hessler advocating for his best interests, the man admitted to the resisting charge for a year of probation and upon its completion, the felony will be reduced to a misdemeanor.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
