24 Year Old Construction Worker Sees Battery Case Dismissed
08 March 2018 | Battery, Case Results,
A young man recently found himself charged with Class A misdemeanor battery after an altercation with a co-worker. Knowing the legal and personal implications this charge could have on his life, the client contacted Indiana assault and battery lawyer Sean Hessler.
Attorney Hessler investigated his client’s case, and his findings revealed that the alleged victim was indeed the aggressor. The alleged victim did not cooperate with the investigation, so the prosecutor dismissed the case.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
