A 34-year-old retail worker was pulled over in Indianapolis and charged with driving with a suspended license. Her driving record and past-due fees had prevented her from getting a valid license, but defense attorney Sean Hessler arranged to have the fees reduced.

Once paid, the woman had her license reinstated and we presented her efforts to the prosecutor. As a result, the driving under suspension charge was dismissed and let her drive without fear.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
