A 14-year-old was recently charged with A misdemeanor battery after an incident involving a woman in a store. There was video evidence, and he admitted it was him. He decided to seek help from an experienced Indianapolis criminal defense lawyer. With the assistance of attorney Sean Hessler, who presented the young man as remorseful, the charge was resolved through informal probation and writing an apology letter. In addition, the case is eligible for expungement down the road.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
