No Negative Consequences in Juvenile Sex Crime Case

We recently represented a 16-year-old accused of recording a sexual encounter with another minor and sharing it. This led to felony child exploitation charges and could have ended with him being held in juvenile detention and mandatory sex offender registration despite the young man’s age.
