Nurse’s CHINS Case Dismissed

When a 28-year-old nurse was accused of drug use, she found herself in the middle of a very stressful Child in Need of Services (CHINS) investigation. The Department of Child Services was not very sympathetic, despite our client previously entering into an Informal Adjustment (IA).
