Resisting Arrest & DUI Results in Probation
22 February 2019 | Case Results, Criminal Defense, OWI,
A 41-year-old mechanic was recently charged with a Level 6 felony for resisting law enforcement with the use of an automobile and an A misdemeanor for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. This exposed him to serious legal trouble and possible time behind bars so he reached out to a criminal defense lawyer. With attorney Sean Hessler advocating for his best interests, the man admitted to the resisting charge for a year of probation and upon its completion, the felony will be reduced to a misdemeanor.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
