A 36-year-old salesman was charged with Level 6 felony confinement and Level 6 felony domestic battery in the presence of a child. The man was arrested after an argument between him and his wife broke out. There was alcohol involved, and he allegedly scratched her wrist when he took his wife’s keys and threw them across the parking lot.

After he spent a night in jail, he checked himself into an alcohol treatment program. With the assistance of criminal defense attorney Hessler, the man resolved the matter by paying a fine upon completion of the alcohol treatment program.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
