Awhile back, attorney Sean Hessler advocated for a client and resolved a drug possession case with only probation. More recently, the 31-year-old truck driver violated this probation by failing to report and having a positive drug screen. If convicted of the probation violation, she faced her original two-year suspended sentence. Again, our criminal lawyer fought for and obtained a more appropriate sanction. Rather than jail time, his client only had to complete 300 days of home detention.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
