Two Out-of-State Clients Receive Diversion for Marijuana Charges

When two people driving through Indiana from California were pulled over, the police smelled marijuana and searched the vehicle. Both individuals were subsequently charged with a misdemeanor B possession of marijuana and knew they needed a criminal defense lawyer. Attorney Sean Hessler represented both of them and negotiated for each client to resolve the matter through diversion and a $300 fine.
