We recently helped a previous client after a probation violation almost sent him to jail. The 26-year-old was arrested for shoplifting and charged with a felony because of his record in addition to a VOP. He knew he would need the help of an Indianapolis criminal defense lawyer. Attorney Hessler knew the young man’s problem stemmed from addiction and began negotiating with the prosecutor.

Attorney Sean Hessler secured a plea that allowed him to stay on probation for an extra year to deal with the new charge as long as he completes drug treatment. This spared him from an almost guaranteed jail sentence and got him the help he really needed.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
