Home | Probation for Marijuana OVWI
Indianapolis criminal defense attorney Sean Hessler represented a 27-year-old after he was stopped at a sobriety checkpoint. The officers smelled marijuana and the young man was charged with an OVWI involving marijuana as well as marijuana possession.
This could have resulted in jail time, a suspended license, and a drug conviction. However, attorney Sean Hessler worked out a favorable agreement for one year of probation and saw the possession charge dismissed and let him keep his license.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
