A 27-year-old administrative assistant was charged with an A misdemeanor DUI. She hired defense attorney Hessler, who discovered issues with the traffic stop and investigation. Indianapolis DUI lawyer Hessler went to trial and argued that the blood and field sobriety tests weren’t collected properly. As a result, the judge found her not guilty of the A misdemeanor DUI. Instead, the offense was reduced to a C misdemeanor for operating a vehicle while. As a result, she only received a 60-day license suspension, 180 days of probation, and will undergo alcohol education.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
